The First Chapter

The Stone Sapphire began its journey with a focused ambition to build a reliable business rooted in trust, consistency, and strong market understanding. Starting with exports of Christmas gift products, the company laid its foundation by learning global standards, supply discipline, and the value of long term partnerships. These early years shaped the principles that continue to guide The Stone Sapphire's growth across brands, categories, and markets.

2018

A Defining Shift Towards Brands and Distribution

After years of operational learning and market exposure, The Stone Sapphire entered a new phase with the launch of its flagship brand, SKOODLE. This marked the company's transition from trading to structured brand building, while also stepping into licensed stationery distribution setting the tone for future growth.

2019

Building Credibility Through Global Partnerships

With a growing distribution backbone, The Stone Sapphire signed renowned global licenses including Disney, Marvel, Peppa Pig, and PAW Patrol. This year established the company as a trusted partner for international brands seeking scale, compliance, and reach in the Indian market.

2020

Expanding Verticals Amidst Changing Markets

As markets evolved, The Stone Sapphire expanded SKOODLE's product portfolio and added multiple verticals to its ecosystem. The focus remained on resilience, adaptability, and strengthening retail as well as e commerce distribution across India.

2021

Strengthening the Backbone with Manufacturing

To gain greater control over quality, timelines, and innovation, The Stone Sapphire invested in in – house manufacturing. Automated printing systems, advanced machinery, and world class ERP implementation marked a major step towards operational excellence and scalability.

2022

Scaling Infrastructure with Purpose

With manufacturing in place, the company scaled production capacity and warehousing. This phase focused on efficiency, consistency, and building a robust supply chain capable of supporting multiple brands and growing demand.

Diversification into Home and Lifestyle Segments

The Stone Sapphire expanded beyond stationery and toys, entering houseware, lunchware, cookware, and lifestyle categories. The company also strengthened its presence in licensed toy manufacturing and direct to consumer platforms, widening its relevance in everyday homes.

Owning the Brand Narrative

A milestone year that saw the launch of Stone Sapphire's own sports brand (Braven India) and premium home product lines. This phase reflected confidence moving from brand distribution to brand ownership, while continuing to scale licensed portfolios across markets.
